Model Of Development Issues In Social Enterprise Research

Social Enterprise, as a comparatively new concept and special form of NGO, is at its infancy stage in China. People still doubt about the concept, nature and development mode. This thesis clarifies the concept of Social Enterprise, relations between Social Enterprise and NOG and development mode in China. Based on the theory and practice of Tianjin HeTong, tow modes of Social Enterprise, NGO-typed Social Enterprise and Invest-typed Social Enterprise, are introduced. In addition, compared with British case of Track 2000, reference is learned by the Chinese Social Enterprise. Lastly, some strategy is proposed for the development mode of Chinese Social Enterprise.Social Enterprise, as a new phenomenon, is at its first stage. How to define and promote, how to guide, how to cultivate and how to solve the social problems is the aim of the thesis.
