In recent years, china's industry grows rapidly, the construction industry has become a national economic growth industry ,construction sector of the GDPshare of 8.0%, which is to be an important force to stimulate economic growth . But with the global economic integration of the growing trend, necessary for the international business. Therefore, more and more domestic construction enterprises have trodden abroad , started trying to implement the international operation strategy, and efforts to achieve their own and international market integration. The measure, was doomed to our construction enterprise must face more to external shocks. However, our country's construction enterprise compared with the developed countries, still in the lower level; And a lot of enterprise also lack clear strategic objectives and advanced management level. So, right now inevitable requirement of its management mode - specifically is the enterprise management activity modules, quickly make corresponding dynamic improvement.And human resources are the primary resource of enterprises, to suggest the human resource management is the core of enterprise management activities, construction enterprises are no exception.
