Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation Index System Of Newwater Co., Ltd.

China's water industry is one of the earliest areas of not only reforming and opening up but also foreign capital introduction. As fast-growing, China's water industry promoted the development of the domestic economy; on the other hand it intensified competition among enterprises of the field. As one of the four business models, how to find their advantage and disadvantage and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is the technical engineering water company's urgent requirement in the fierce market competition. Based on the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper try to make some researches on the enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system of the Newwater Co., Ltd. from the following three levels.Firstly this paper studies the development status and trends of the technical engineering water company and analyzes the factors which affect the competitiveness of enterprises. Then we designed the competitive index system of the Newwater.Secondly this paper carries out Quantitative and qualitative analysis and established competitiveness evaluation index system and work evaluation of scoring of the Newwater Co., Ltd in FAHP.Finally, we demonstrated the feasibility of the model by choosing an enterprise of the technical engineering water company. We found the competitiveness evaluation index system was certain operational and propagable.The innovations of this paper are:First, based on the analysis of the competitiveness'theories and methods and the factors which affect the competitiveness of Newwater, this paper has established a multi-level evaluation index system, which reflects the level of competitiveness of the Newwater from different sides, calculates the Newwater competitiveness score; second, this is the first time to use the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process theory to establish the enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system of the technical engineering water companies. Demonstrated the analysis of the enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system is feasible.
