| Since the 21st century, human being and the environment reciprocity has been bringing to people's attention day by day.Along with the ship-building industry fast development and the environmental protection question's globalization, the entire shipbuilding profession also felt the environment responsibility which on the shoulder undertook.In order to reduce environmental pollution, many countries have begun to attach importance to green manufacturing technology, and in the shipbuilding industry, a new generation of forward-looking projects and shipbuilding technology research given full consideration. In this paper, regarding the green degree of ship construction as the object of study, summing up the characteristics of the green shipbuilding; content to build a green shipbuilding evaluation index system; using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, making a comprehensive assessment of the construction of the ship and examples are illustrated to test and verify. Major contexts are as follows:(1) Based on the literature review and commentary, analysis the status of China's implementation of the green shipbuilding and expounded the basic characteristics of the green shipbuilding and connotation.(2) Begin with the ship construction process, build a green shipbuilding evaluation index system and calculate the weight of evaluation index and their level of total sort.(3) Summary the advantages and disadvantages of the five methods for the comprehensive evaluation, use a fuzzy AHP as this paper's approach and based on this method to build a comprehensive evaluation of the green ship mathematical model.(4) With examples to verify whether the evaluation index system is right, and giving inspiration from research.In this paper, using fuzzy AHP and establishing evaluation index system of the green shipbuilding. Abstract the green level into a specific value, providing a basis for the decision-maker make decision; the designer make green design; manager engage to green management. |
