Creative Perspective-based The Nanjing Cultural Tourism Resources Development Model And Mechanism Studies

With the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of living standards, spiritual pursuit of people is more and more high, the different travel form also reflects the different tourism demand, the contemporary culture tourists think the tourism is not only a kind of material comforts, but also meets the spirit needs of the people, more and more people do not satisfy the low levels of the sightseeing tourism mode. With the diverse forms, profound connotation, cultural tourism shows the powerful charm and the exuberant vitality, it pursues the spiritual culture of high level and the aesthetic feeling, accords with the demands of the people, so it is adored by the modern tourists. However, with understanding of the cultural tourism, the scholars at home and abroad, are not unified. In the pattern and the level, they also exists the obvious differences.At home and abroad, Nanjing is a famous historical and cultural city, it has many cultural tourism resources. With the improvement of people's living standard, and the enhancing of the culture literacy, the cultural knowledge of tourists seeking is no longer restricted to the low levels of sightseeing, the ways of touring are very abundant for creativity, novelty. As China's important tourist city, the exploitation of Nanjing'cultural tourism resources still exist many problems, under the drive of economic interests many cultural tourism products is rough,abuse and fake everywhere, lacking the novelty. On the basis of relevant theoretical research on cultural tourism at home and abroad, according to the resource attribute and historical time, the article classified and evaluated the Nanjing's culture tourism resources, combining with the development of tourism industry at present, raised five development modes at the creative perspective-the direct using modes, the Scene reappearing mode, the local culture mode, the experience creating mode, the theme innovating mode. The article analyzed the internal and external dynamic mechanisms of driving Nanjing's development, taking the Confucius temple as an example, combined with its profiles and existing problems, put forward to the correct modes and countermeasures for Nanjing Confucius temple. Finally, in order to promote the benign development of the cultural tourism industry in Nanjing, the paper put forward to the corresponding countermeasures. Through this study I hope we can mine cultural tourism resources connotation deep in Nanjing, under the creative perspective, develop the suitability, innovative tourism products to meet the diverse needs of people, so as to improve the tourism competitiveness and promote tourism to sustainable development in Nanjing.
