In20centuries, more and more excellent corporations pay more attentions to thecorporate culture. But they may ignore the real reason. Only develop the companies‘competitive power, can the culture play the role.Corporate culture is a kind of substantial cultural and mental cultural, which on behalfof management tenet, personal value and moral behavior regulation. The corporate cultureis a systems engineering to build the core competitiveness as the main target.In this paper, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises as the basicgoal, efficient enterprise culture construction as the research object, combined with Jiangsu“Nanjing mobile” company carries on the case analysis, attempts to explore the presentcultural mode of Jiangsu “Nanjing mobile” company and existence problem, put forwardto help the enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise culture mode,with a view to the enterprise’s health, sustainable development to provide theoretical andpractical reference guide. Based on analysis of Nanjing mobile enterprise culture patternimplementation, implementation process, implementation idea, put forward to promoteNanjing mobile to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise culture mode ofimplementation of specific measures, deepening and extension in order to achieve theenterprise culture mode.
