With the gradual improvement of highway construction and the increasingly large amount of highway assets in Chongqing,how to manage highway assets and achieve their maximum benefit in its operational period has become the key point of the study for current management of Chongqing highway. Therefore,the Chongqing Transportation Committee proposed the subject of " The study to the management system of Chongqing highway asset", as a branch of the subject, this thesis focus on the study of the highway asset performance status evaluation,on the study of perdiction of the future state deteriorating,on the analysis of highway asset remaining value.In the process of the research the highway asset attribute are divided into two,and analyzed by the point of the physical property and the economic performance separately.Before the analysis of the highway asset Deterioration, the highway asset are divided into several subclasses which was based on the Technical code for maintenance of highway, Technical code for bridge and culvert maintenance and Technical code for tunnel mainterance.Then,the thesis create the evaluation index system of pavement,bridge and tunnel,and evaluate the highway asset physicial situation.And then,the thesis predict the remaining performance period by the probabilistic prediction model,which was based on the highway asset evaluation data over the years.In the analysis of the highway asset economic performance,There are two point for analysis.The one is analyze the highway asset economic performance with the whole operational period,which is aimed at the calculating the present value of the cost and find the change law of the annual value in the whole operational value.The other is analyze the highway asset economic performance from the point of its profit.its main evaluational index are the economic life of highway asset and the dynamic benefit cost ratio in the operational period,which are both aimed at finding the deteriorating point of the economic performance.The method of analyzing the economic life is calculating the annual benefit year by year in the operational period,and the certain year corresponding to the maximum of the annual benefit is just the deteriorating point,which also is the ending of the economic life.The metiod of analyzing the Benefit cost ratio is just like the Economic life's,which is calculating the benefit cost ratio year by year in the whole operational period,and returning the calculated sequence of benefit cost ratio in the end and then analyzing the developing law.All of the process of calculation is calculated by the Matlab in the thesis.The thesis have also analyzed the remaining value based on the analysis of the highway asset deteriorating.The process of analysis of the remaining value is also parted to two point.The one is the remaining physical value,and the other is the remaining economic value.And then the remaining value is assessed by the method of replacement based on the physical performance and the method of present earning value vased on the economic performance.
