Technical innovation,as a primary way of combining economy and technique,is the core of innovation system in a country. As the key component of innovation,it is necessary for company's survival to take technical innovation,so as to do research on technical innovation in companies.The research between enterprise scale and technical innovation has been the focus point in economics since Schumpeterian hypothesis in 1942,that the big company or monopoly company can promote technical innovation. The paper plan to study the relationship between enterprise scale and technical innovation,in order to put forward to some innovation strategies and policies for our country.Based on the previous research,the paper first analyses the relationship research situation about enterprise scale and techinical innovation between domestic and out in recent period; then based on analysing the influencing factors of technology innovation ability, the paper argues the influence of enterprise scale on these factors, we conclude that there is "U"relationship between enterprise scale and technology innovation ability; after that the paper establishes the nonparametric model,uses our 37 industries datas,analyses these datas by the applied statistical software,obtains the result that both big and small enterprise have their adventages,but relative to big enterprise,the small have strong technical innovation ability; The third,based on the theoretical and empirical ananlysis,the paper compares the other indicators of innovation,presents some accompanying policies for the development of our minor enterprises;Finally,the paper come up with the feasibility suggestions from the finance,law and fiscalit ect.
