Research On The Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Industrial Enterprises Above Scale In China

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategy of "implementing innovation-driven development".Technological innovation has become the fundamental force to promote China's economic growth,and it is also of great significance to China's transformation of the mode of economic development.With China's economic development entering the "new normal" and changing from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,technological innovation will play a more prominent role in China's economic development strategy.Industrial enterprises are the main force of technological innovation.Rational evaluation of technological innovation efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above scale and in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation of Industrial Enterprises above scale are of great significance for improving the efficiency of technological innovation of industrial enterprises in China and enhancing the capability of independent innovation in China.On the basis of combing the previous research results,this paper will use DEA method and Malmquist index analysis method to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above scale of each province in China.Then,using DEA method to measure the technological innovation efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above scale as the explanatory variable,selecting the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above scale as the explanatory variable,Tobit regression analysis is carried out to analyze how each influencing factor affects technological innovation efficiency through regression results.Finally,based on the empirical results,this paper will put forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of Industrial Enterprises above scale.Industrial Enterprises above scale should improve the management system of enterprises and the utilization rate of innovative resources.The government shouldadjust and improve the incentive policies for innovation,improve the laws and regulations on intellectual property protection,and increase the intensity of intellectual property protection in order to stimulate innovative enthusiasm of innovators.Innovation needs to invest a lot of money.The government should also improve the level of financial market development to reduce the financing difficulty of Industrial Enterprises above scale and promote innovation of Industrial Enterprises above scale.We should also vigorously promote the reform of state-owned industrial enterprises,improve the corporate governance structure of state-owned industrial enterprises,and promote the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned industrial enterprises in order to stimulate the innovation vitality of state-owned industrial enterprises.The government should also change its functions,improve the market competition mechanism,and let the market mechanism play its due role in the allocation of innovative resources.
