| Technological innovation of enterprises has always been regarded as the key to improve core competitiveness.Strengthening independent technological innovation can effectively improve competitiveness and then make enterprises win in the increasingly fierce market competition.As the core of regional economic construction,industrial enterprises above designated size play an important role in the field of technological innovation.Industrial enterprises above designated size in anhui province technology innovation research,summarized in auxiliary enterprises technological innovation process experience at the same time,help enterprise managers to complete technology innovation ability of self analysis,through technical innovation goals and strategies to establish,and then take reasonable and effective mechanism of technology innovation strategy,strengthen management perfect.Research on technological innovation capacity is also of practical significance to Anhui Province.On the one hand,it helps Anhui province actively explore and accelerate the improvement of technological innovation capacity of industrial enterprises above the provincial scale.On the other hand,it is of great importance to the effective optimization of industrial structure and the stable and rapid development of regional economy.In this paper,the research on the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above a certain scale in Anhui province starts from the conceptual and theoretical research,collecting,sorting out,analyzing and commenting on the theory and research of the definition and connotation of technological innovation,the process model of technological innovation and the evaluation of technological innovation.Then,through the longitudinal comparison of the technological innovation capacity of industrial enterprises above the scale in Anhui province in the seven years from 2012 to 2018,the shortcomings and shortcomings of Anhui province were found out.Then,Anhui province is compared with Jiangxi Province,Shanxi Province,Hunan Province,Hubei Province and Henan Province.The above six provinces are all central Provinces of China.It is of comparative significance to study the scale and above industrial enterprise level of the above provinces,which is conducive to exploring an optimization and implementation path in terms of technological innovation.On the basis of the above objectives,this paper designs a set of evaluation index system forindustrial enterprises above a certain scale according to the actual situation.The system consists of four first-level indexes,namely,technological innovation environment,technological innovation resources,technological innovation activities and technological innovation output,and 18 detailed indexes.Based on the established index system and taking the technical innovation ability data of six provinces(cities)in central China from 2015 to 2018 as reference,relevant data were extracted by using the close value method to evaluate the technical innovation ability of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province.After a comprehensive and multi-perspective assessment of the technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises above regional scale in Anhui Province,the established index system is continued to be used to study the technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises above regional scale in the cities under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province.The results show that the overall level of technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above the scale in Anhui province is in the middle and upper reaches among the six provinces and cities in central China,but the comprehensive quality of scientific and technological personnel,technological innovation investment and invention patent application are the most prominent weaknesses.Through the study of regional industrial enterprises in Anhui Province,it can be seen that there is an obvious gap in the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises in different regions of the province.Problems such as insufficient investment in technological innovation,limited number of innovative activities and urgent need to strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection have emerged.Industrial enterprises should according to own actual situation,in the process of resources into the planning and direction of establishing clear,cultivating and developing the leading industry of the regional industrial enterprises,the pursuit of input and output of rationalization structure,higher degree of resource utilization,the composite to strengthen technological innovation ability,thus help enterprise quickly climbed the upstream level of technological innovation.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions based on the research results of the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above the scale in Anhui Province.First,the government.First of all,we should appropriately increase the resources supply for technological innovation activities of industrialenterprises above the provincial scale.Secondly,reasonably guide industrial enterprises above designated size to carry out industry-university-research cooperation with local scientific research institutions and
