Under the background of the rapid growth of high-end car production and sales, the late development start of the automobile industry in our country, the stand or fall of the network approach management project will greatly influence the sales of the car brand in one area. Studying the high-end car dealer approach project, including the time schedule of the project management, quality management, personnel management, and risk management is very important for car manufacturer.The present study of automobile marketing model and the existing 4S dealers management operation is more, but research of the luxury car brand from the 4S marketing model established, network strategy formulation and dealers selection process and constructing, the dealers selection factors and evaluation model, the later management of team building as a network approach management elements project to study is less. This study according to the long-term development strategy of the automobile industry, analyzing the current situation of car marketing model, and also analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of car marketing model to determine the high-end car marketing model, the dealer network strategy and the construction of the dealer network approach evaluation model, through the Maserati dealer selection in Wuhan as an example to verify the application and effect, finally puts forward the proposal of management and team building development for the Supplementary.The purpose is to get conclusion of the above dealer network approach management research, solve the decision problem of the high-end car dealer network approach management project, continuously improve the project management level in the fields of automobile industry, has higher theoretical value and practical significance on the future development of the luxury car brands.
