This dissertation focused on organizational external learning style, organizational knowledge acquisition and technology innovation. Technological innovation is a critical ability to the continuing development of the enterprise, the source of the external knowledge is very important to enterprise technological innovation, Learning outside the organization is benefit to knowledge transfer and share between organizations, creating new knowledge, so it can improve organizational technology innovation ability rapidly, avoiding the unity and the limitation of the knowledge sources in enterprise innovation process.Stemming from the relationship among organizational external learning style, organizational knowledge acquisition and technology innovation, this paper explores the impact of organizational learning style on organizational knowledge acquisition, its direct and non-direct impact on technology innovation, and the influence of organizational knowledge acquisition on technology innovation. Based on theories of organizational learning, organizational knowledge acquisition and technology innovation, a research model has been established to simulate the relationship among organizational external learning style, organizational knowledge acquisition and technology innovation. This paper proposed three hypotheses:H1:organizational external learning style has a direct positive impact on organizational knowledge acquisition; H2:organizational knowledge acquisition has a direct positive impact on technology innovation; H3:organizational external learning style has a direct positive impact on technology innovation.This paper mainly uses the empirical method, Through the investigation and interview from six industries in Beijing high technology enterprise. we tested the hypotheses with statistical software SPSS 17.0 and LISREL8.70, Based on the test we draw several conclusions:First, there is direct relationship between organizational external learning style and organizational knowledge acquisition; Second, there is direct relationship between organizational knowledge acquisition and technology innovation; Third, there is no significant direct relationship between organizational external learning style and technology innovation, whereas the indirect relationship between them exists with the mediating effect of organizational knowledge acquisition. This indicates that only the knowledge learning from outside match with that of organizational knowledge stock, can it have effect on technology innovation.The innovation of this article may be shown in:Firstly, combine the two theories of organizational external learning style and technology innovation, set up the model of the effection between them; Secondly, on the basis of the literature study, define the concept of organizational external learning, organizational knowledge and technology innovation;Thirdly, from an empirical point of view, proposed and tested the hypothesis.This dissertation found that organizational external learning players more important role on enterprise technology innovation. The dissertation maybe useful to organization acquire knowledge through organizational external learning style, improve the technology innovation, and obtain sustainable development.
