The arrival of the information technology revolution has changed the way of information dissemination, information of high-speed transmission has led to the transformation of the social productive forces and production relations.knowledge and information both show important roles in the world within the scope of social, economic and cultural development.Competition between enterprises in production, technology and other aspects is essentially knowledge using competition. In 1996,the World Economic Organization(OECD)first proposed the concept of Knowledge Economy in the study of knowledge-based economy. This study choose national high-tech enterprises as the research sample,by cooperating with professional research company to choose the manager who meet the conditions of sample in the online panel and give the right one an electronic questionnaire. We sent out 210 questionnaires, and selected questionnaires according to time that respondents used to accomplish the questionnaire.after excluding questionnaires which accomplish time less than 60 seconds, the remaining 199 are qualified. The paper uses SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 to collect and analyze data, explores how organizational ambidextrous learning have effect on technological innovation performance. At the same time the study introduces knowledge potential as a moderator variable, and examines whether there are any differences in terms of the usage of knowledge in different knowledge based enterprises.Through regression analysis, this study concludes that both exploration and exploitation have a positive impact on the performance of technological innovation in enterprises, and there is no significant difference in impact degree.External knowledge acquisition plays a mediating role between ambidextrous learning and technological innovation performance. But there is a difference when different sub-dimensions act on dependent variable. When exploration as independent variable, market knowledgeand technical knowledge both play partial intermediary role, when exploitation as independent variable, market knowledge and technical knowledge both play the complete mediating role. Each dimension of the knowledge potential plays a regulating role in the second half of the research framework and both have positive effect.Width and depth of knowledge both have a positive regulating effect in the relations of market knowledge acquisition and technology innovation performance technological, knowledge acquisition and technology innovation performance.Namely whether there is an improvement on knowledge depth or on knowledge width can help enterprises to make better use of knowledge from external to enhance technology innovation performance.Innovation point of this study is to build a "approach to learning-to acquire knowledge, learning achievement" research framework through the literature reading and summarizing that writen by scholars both at home and abroad.and introduces knowledge potential in the phase of "knowledge acquisition-learning outcomes" as a contingency factor adjusts the effect of the segment. The research integrates ambidextrous learning, external knowledge acquisition, knowledge potential and technology innovation performance in the same framework, which can examine the stability of previous research conclusion between two or three of the four variables and rich related research conclusions. It also can provide for the enterprise managers a more comprehensive theoretical guidance in the organization learning, leads them choose more reasonable learning methods and use knowledge more efficiently, eventually improve the technology innovation performance of enterprises.
