The Research On The Problems Of China's Mining Finance

Mineral resources is an important subsistence. It is an important material foundation for national economic and social development. Mineral resources exploration and the use of the sustainable effectively plays an important role in the protecting and promoting the nation's economic. At present, the situation of shortage of resources is serious in the international market, the exploitation and the ownership of basic resources has increasingly become an important guarantee for a country's economic security. However, as the activities of exploration of mineral resources, mining companies currently has encountered some serious financial problems. Since China Geological economy from a planned economy to a market economy lags behind the pace of transformation process, reform of Geology and Mineral Resources Exploration, the mining financing system has not built up rapidly, resulting in the shortage of funds on geology and mineral exploration investment in China in recent years, business the slow progress of geological work, many mining companies insufficient financing trapped endogenous financing, external financing blocked the double dilemma of the situation, which has seriously affected the sustained and steady economic development, and to some extent, become a threat to our economic security. Therefore, our current study the issue of mining finance, proposed solution to the problem, for the overall development of the national economy and safeguard the economic security of our country has a profound theoretical and practical significance.The thesis integrated use the methods of literature research, comparative studies and multidisciplinary research, the first part of the article introduces the status of domestic and foreign research on mining finance, the second part of the article began from the basic concept of mining finance, then in combination with the experience of foreign mining capital market development, analysis a series of problems that the current mining financing have and in the last part of the article the thesis put forward some suggestions that could improve the mining finance.
