A Research Of The Enterprise Informatization Appraising System Of Luzhou Laojiao (Chinese Alcohol Industry)

With the rapid improvement of the information technology and economic boost in China these years, enterprises in China are continuously investing in enterprise informatization. The informatization scope is getting larger and more intensive, and more percentage of revenue is invested to enhance it. However, how to evaluate the contribution of informatization to enterprise productivity and market competitiveness, and whether it brings desired margin improvement in return, are becoming inevitable issues informatization is confronting. The issues are also paid more and more attention by both enterprises and academics.This paper researches the Chinese alcohol industry, and uses Luzhou Laojiao as a sample to investigate how to comprehensively appraise the enterprise informatization. Thus helps the enterprise to indentify value of informatization, measure the cost and effect, and develop the informatization strategy.As a traditional business, Chinese alcohol industry is one of the few industries not changing along with the modern industries. The informatization is difficult for the forefront of production, so it only focuses on marketing, management, supply chains and customer relationship.By analyzing the implementation of appraising systems of domestic and abroad enterprises, this paper extends the IT Balance Score Card and proposes an appraising index system which suites the informatization of Chinese alcohol industry."Stage theory of enterprise informatization" is introduced into this system, and a new concept of "distribution map of enterprise informatization performance index" is put forward. For Chinese alcohol industry the indexes include four first level ones: financial, management, customer relationship and learning and creativity; and second and third level indexes are set by combining "distribution map of enterprise informatization performance index". All the indexes are weighted following the "Stage theory of enterprise informatization" and layer analysis. In the last part, this paper developed an enterprise informatization appraising system for Luzhou Laojiao by using the theories and methods above and analyzing the informatization characters of this enterprise, thus provides an operable solution to it.
