| As our country has joined WTO, the sharp change of environment, the use of information technology and the need of consumes, the motor industry is faced with increasingly competitione pressure. It has to depend more on the ERP system to pefect the environment of the industry, enhance the management and strengthen the core competition. But due to the complication of the use and management of the ERP system, basic condition fo practice slow efficiency and other factors, the return of investment of the system is indefinite,which resucts in the low profit or failure. In addition, it's widely said that the success rate of ERP is less 20%. So the managers of a lot of enterprises invest or reinvests on ERP carefully and cautiously, which greatly hinders the wide use and development of ERP in enterprises.Based on above background, this ethesis explores how ERP system plays the role in motor production industry and the efficiency of the application. At first, from the theoretical development of ERP to practice, it discusses the opportunity and chllenge which Chinese motor production industry faced nowdays. Also, it analyzes how the opportunity and chllenge effects on the future and difficotties of the anterprise. It expores the practical prcess of ERP system in Qirui company and explains the main problems which the industry encounters when mobile production industry is in practice. Then it presents the strategy to work ERP system. To help industry to find right way and decrease the adventure of investment and according to the former research, this paper conducts system which evaluates the efficiency and take Qirui company for example to rearch. The main significance is to understand the effect of ERP and make reasonable investment. |
