The emphasis on strategic implement and manage winner's new era, how to improve the management competence is the enterprise to the challenges facing. Facing the challenge and establish a high performance of the human resource management system has become a worldwide enterprise leaders common focus. Since 1990's, related human resource management system of research in the field of get significant development, more and more experts, scholars think human resource management system is to acquire enterprise important source of lasting competitive advantage. However, human resources management and enterprise performance relationship argumentation, exist some debate; Plus for small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management and enterprise performance relationship is seldom studied, therefore, this research to small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, the thorough analysis of human resource management and corporate performance of the mutual relationship.Based on literature review and relevant theoretical elaboration basis, this paper first analyzes the small and medium enterprise human resources management practice and the present situation of enterprise performance, indicating the hr management influence the general rule of enterprise performance. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey design and data analysis, the use of social statistical software spss17.0 related and regression function respectively, demonstrates the small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management and enterprise performance relationship, and human resources management each firstly indexes and enterprise performance relationship, obtained the corresponding regression equation.
