With the society's rapid development, the science and technology level of china is raising constantly,so is the economic level, which requires people to improve their quality to keep pace with the development of society. However, People can not improve their comprehensive quality without communicating with others. How to achieve good communication effect becomes more and more important. How could the staff do if they want achieve good communication effect during their communicating with colleagues? The problem is particularly important.This article studies how the interpersonal trust level on staff affects the choice of communication ways and the communication effect. Our research uses literature reviewing and empirical research methods. This paper views enterprise employees as research object and views interpersonal trust level as the independent variable. It researches the effect of interpersonal trust level on the choice of communication means and on communication affection. It also researches the effect of communication means on the communication effect.What reflect the level of interpersonal trust factors are emotional trust, cognitive trust and recognition trust. Communication ways includes face to face communication, telephone communication, Internet communication and written communication.Through reviewing literatures I find out the comparative lack of previous scholars place. Then this paper presented the purpose and significance of the research and thesis research hypotheses and design research framework of this paper. In the first few steps on the basis of a questionnaire survey conducted by empirical research, the use of SPSS software for the recovery of the questionnaire validity and reliability of data analysis and text analysis of the research hypotheses, the research tests the hypotheses and draws several conclusions. the first is that the effect of Sex on the interpersonal level of trust, choice of communication ways and communication effect was not significant different; the effect of age on interpersonal trust levels is significantly different; the effect of age on the choice of communication ways and the communication effects are not significant different; the second is that the levels of interpersonal trust of staff are associated with communication effectiveness; if the levels of interpersonal trust are different, employees may choose different communication methods and different means of communication between the effects of communication are different significantly.In all, the last several conclusions strongly support for the earlier hypothesis in the research. There are some constructive suggestions on how employees to improve communication effect and prospects for future research at the last of this paper.
