Food security is becoming an important problem which affects people's health and survival or extinction of a food enterprise. As an important part and the new blood of China Food Industries. China quick-frozen food industry are becoming an important choice of food configuration of common people on the table in China. In order to provide reference data for supplier management daily operation and development;to develop perfect supplier management rules and system for large frozen food enterprises and frozen food industry; to provide basis to incentive mechanism, the system and method of frozen food suppliers management and evaluation is worth researching seriously and paying more attention.This article is based the theories of suppliers evaluation criterion, system and method, studies quick-frozen food enterprise supplier evaluation method systematically. First, according to the present situation of the development of quick-frozen food industry in China, the author finds out the problems which exiting in the evaluation system of suppliers of frozen food enterprise and the characteristics of the system. Secondly, constructs access assessment and suppliers daily evaluation system according to their professional ability, business ability, and cooperation ability. This article uses the fuzzy hierarchical analysis approach to find out the important factors in quick-frozen food enterprise supplier evaluation system and establish the fuzzy hierarchical analysis comprehensive evaluation model of quick-frozen food enterprise supplier. Finally, using the supplier evaluation method to assess the suppliers of Zhengzhou Synear Food Co., LTD and give improvement strategies to this enterprise supplier evaluation.The innovation of this paper:①Constructing the comprehensive index system of supplier evaluation according to their professional ability, business ability, and cooperation ability in the new background.②This article uses the fuzzy hierarchical analysis approach to find out the important factors in quick-frozen food enterprise supplier evaluation system and establish the fuzzy hierarchical analysis comprehensive evaluation model of quick-frozen food enterprise supplier.③In order to illustrate the feasibility of the index system to supplier evaluation, this article analysis the development of some well-known quick-frozen food manufacturing enterprises.
