Analysis On Households' Willingness And The Influencing Factors About Participating In The Construction Of Biogas

With traditional energy increasing exhaustion and environment climate worsening, biogas has received more and more attention. As a new renewable clean energy, it has the vital significance in solving farmers'cooking, improving farmers' production and living conditions, promoting agricultural structure adjustment and farmers' income earnings, consolidating the ecological environment construction achievements. Because of the policy emphasis and rural characteristics, biogas construction makes big achievements in our rural areas and user biogas development has been in a world leader. But various new problems also follow, seriously affecting the biogas' further development in rural. So the current policy should be adjust according to the new situation. This study selects Quanzhou as the research area, studies rural residents willingness in biogas construction, analyses various factors of affecting farmers'intend, and raises relevant suggestions. This research mainly includes the following content.First of all, the study summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars'research on the factors of rural household energy consumption and the related aspects of biogas construction. Based on the general theory of rural infrastructure, farmer economic behavior theory and intention survey method, the study establishes the influence factors, including internal factors and external factors, of farmer participating in biogas construction.Then, based on the investigation in Fujian Quanzhou, the paper describes sample farmers' biogas use. From the two angles of already construction biogas farmers and no construction biogas farmers, it analyses Quanzhou farmers'willingness in biogas construction by descriptive statistical analysis, estimates and discusses influence factors of farmers' intendion in biogas construction by using Logistic.Afterwards, it shows that farmers' plant area, the average amount of pig breeding, the use of commercial energy and permanent family population scale all impact farmers' participation in the construction of biogas positively, while the popularity of biogas is negative. However,the influence of householders' culture education degree, annual household income, the government's technical support, the major source of income, the understanding of the biogas' promotion policy, and the outlook of biogas are not obvious.Finally, on the basis of the results of empirical analysis, the research propounds the policy suggestions about promoting biogas construction. The author considers that we can promote biogas use through the following approaches. Firstly, overall planning biogas'promotion area, make differenf promotion plans. Secondly, increase the technological input of biogas, conduct biogas'technology innovation, establish the biogas' utilization and development system. Thirdly, continue to increase funds in the biogas construction policy support, raise the financial operation rate. Fourthly, continue to intensify the biogas propaganda, Deepen people's understanding in biogas and biogas'promotion policies. Fifthly, strengthen the construction of biogas'service system, consolidate rural biogas'construction achievements.
