Studies Of Cold Chain Logistics For Dairy Product Under The Supply Chain Environment

This article studies problems of cold chain logistics for dairy product under the supply chain environment. With the improvement of material and cultural standard, and public demand for food safety awareness has risen, people are in favor of fast and convenient consumption, the demand for products such as fresh fruit and vegetables, milk and other perishable products is becoming higher year by year. Minor batches, variety and high-preservation have become the main characteristics of refrigerated transport. This brings a higher requirement for cold chain logistics.At first, this paper analyses the features of supply chain and its relation with cold chain, pointing out that cold chain can be improved by using supply chain theories as it is a special one. Then, it analyses the characteristics of cold chain, and has built the models for cold chain of diary product, fruit and vegetable, meat product and vaccine lymph. Next, this paper researches the operating modals for development of cold chain, with comprehensive analysis of the relevant technology. Followed by the analysis of the cold chain for the diary product of a company, it completes the planning and simulation of the cold chain of diary product and provides some helpful suggestions for improving cold chain's logistics.The Study on cold chain logistics, especially on cold chain logistics of dairy product under the supply chain environment, would have a significant meaning in promoting the development of our national cold chain logistics. Therefore, it might provide some practical effects on improving our people's dietary structure and physical fitness.
