Human Resource Management is an organized system. Every component element connects each other. Performance Management is the core of the system, and also important.Performance Sheet is one part of process of performance management. Meanwhile, it is an important method to supervise employees. Especially for management teams, the performance sheet will not be accurate without the evaluation of operation performance of every department. Effective operation performance management is one of the fundamentals for company's success because it can inspire employees' passion to work harder in order to achieve more benefit for company. During the process of performance management practice, if the executants can not effectively undertake the performance management, employees' passion will be enervated.Nowadays, HRM has rationalized performance management with their whole bag of tricks, such as input-output analytical method, AHP, ANP and others.Nowadays, HRM has rationalized performance management with their whole bag of tricks, such as input-output analytical method, AHP, ANP and others. Besides, they also have to avoid.This article's conclusion is:For our tourism industry, I personally think that performance management with DEA Model analysis and the practice experience of FHMR Hotel will help HRM know their company's situation of how the operation performance is like and how they practize with theory. HRM needs to improve on the veracity and accomplish innovation of performance management system. The reforms will lead to efficiencies and savings for our tourism industry.
