Research On Risk Response Planning In The Development Of OA For Luli Group

Software project is a high-risk activity in which every phase may be at risk. People have to adopt new technology or make use of proven technologies and products, organize and coordinate all the affairs in a long-term development cycle. Those may lead to unpredictable and uncertain factors, as a consequence of which software project may not proceed as planned and then the development period might be deferred, the expenditure increased, the quality decreased and even the project broken down. Thus, it is necessary to enhance risk response planning.Risk response planning of software project refers to a series of activities in which the project managers identify and assess risks that may arise, set up plans, track risks, and take measures to control these risks effectively. It mainly includes risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, risk monitoring and risk response, which runs through the life cycle of the project.Risk response planning plays an important part in the successful delivery of software products and it is valued by an increasing number of software developers nowadays. This paper analyses the research on risk response planning at home and abroad and discusses some related theories and methods. Taking observational survey and case study method, this paper studies the risk response planning in the development of OA for Luli Group in GTT Sino-India.According to the actual situation of the company and project, this paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk, identifies some key phases and fields which are at high risk, lists 10 risk factors that may affect the project, assesses the risk factors in accordance with predefined critical value of the risks to define the risk probability and damage, makes risk response, sets up risk response organization with clear individual responsibility, makes risk response plans, formulates budgets for the project, and determines the progress of the project and control measures of risks. This paper also analyses the process and expenditure of the project through earned value analysis to monitor the effect of risk response plans. The risk response measures provided in this paper are adopted and those keep the project running smoothly.
