In recent years, with China's rapid social and economic development, progress of development has been made in all areas. In China's labor market area, due to the continuous refinement of social division of labor, a new group of industry appear---- dispatch employee. The appearance of dispatch employee brings new vitality to China's human resources market. The author completes the thesis with provided actual labor dispatch of company so as to give those companies who use this kind of technology-based dispatch employee a reference to this study. The main content of this thesis includes:The first part discusses the background and significance of the issue of labor dispatch, thesis's organized and research methods, and also points out that innovation and research paper writing difficulty.The second part introduces related concepts of labor dispatch, and the author also gives his own definition of the concept of the labor dispatch. Then, in the form of a table the labor dispatch and traditional labor dispatch are compared, it analyses the advantage of enterprise with labor dispatching model. Finally, this part analyses the main problems of labor dispatching model in China, and shows the development of labor dispatch employee in the. future.In the first section of the third part, the technology-based dispatch employee and its characteristics in Tianjin T Construction Co., Ltd. is introduced and defined. In the second section, it shows the significance to do staff management of labor dispatching well for companies from the development needs and cultural analysis based on five aspects. In the third section it also introduces management methods for technology-based labor dispatching of enterprises.The fourth part is the action research of management of technology-based dispatch employees in Tianjin T Construction Co., Ltd.. It introduces the background, management system program. There are two case in this part, one is a failure case, another is a successful case.The fifth part introduces the program problems of management of technology-based dispatch employees in Tianjin T Construction Co., Ltd.and suggestions for improvement of technology-based dispatch application employees in Tianjin T Construction Co., Ltd., and it introduces in the end the reference significant of management system of Tianjin T Construction Co., Ltd..The purpose of this study is that by this case of Tianjin T Construction Co., Ltd., to explore the demand of employees management system after the emergence, expansion and development of technology-based dispatch employees groups, and sum up effective management program for this technology-based dispatch employee.
