| The demand for labor from enterprises has seen a diversified development trend due to the improvement of China’s economic level,yet the traditional labor relationship for enterprises remains rigid,lacking flexibility,and hard to satisfy the various needs.Thus,labor dispatch,with its flexibility,economy,and convenience,has become a key method of satisfying these needs.However,with the continuous increase of the proportion of labor dispatch employees,new employment problems such as low production efficiency and more conflicts between labor dispatch workers and regular employees have gradually arisen,resulting in the impact of enterprise production and operation activities and continuous disputes,so it is urgent to improve the labor dispatch employment system.An exhaustive assessment of the labor dispatch employment issues of Company D,with its sizable workforce of personnel,has been conducted and targeted and successful measures have been proposed.Establishing a labor dispatch employee management system with substantial guiding importance and practical utility to address the labor dispatch employment issues of businesses is essential.Employment research concerning labor dispatch,both domestically and internationally,can be comprehended through the utilization of literature retrieval.An in-depth investigation of the management status of labor dispatch employees and the satisfaction of dispatched employees of Company D is conducted by this paper,utilizing on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys.Results demonstrate that Company D is beset by issues such as a high rate of labor dispatching personnel,irregular recruitment,and inadequate staffing.External factors,such as the dearth of oversight by pertinent divisions,as well as internal management difficulties and the issues of the dispatched personnel,are the causes of these difficulties.This paper proposes the five-force model of human resource management to enhance the labor dispatch employment management of Company D,with a focus on strictly controlling the number of personnel.Formulate analogous recruitment,instruction,and reward systems.Enhancing employee loyalty necessitates a shift in treatment and respect for dispatch personnel.Coordination between all departments,and promotion pathways for labor dispatch personnel,are open.An exhaustive exploration of the labor dispatch employment predicament of Company D is the focus of this paper,with the aim of urging the entire population to be mindful of the vulnerable labor dispatch personnel.Encourage enterprise directors to treat labor dispatch personnel equitably,perfect the labor dispatch employment system,and invigorate the zeal and initiative of labor dispatch personnel.Employees of labor dispatch can be enabled to take part more actively in the production and functioning of enterprise. |
