Tianjin Binhai New Area, Dagang Wind Power Project Design And Evaluation

Development and utilization of renewable energy is an important part of national energy development strategy. The purpose of this study are providing policy reference for wind power project's design and evaluation, helping wind power project operator establish a relatively complete engineering management and formulate strategy for project evaluation management, based on comprehensive analysis of economic and social situation of the project. This article is very important to study the engineering design of the wind power project, promote people to exploit prolific local resources by building Wind Farm, improve the energy structure of the local power system, achieve the diversification of electricity provision, and investment decision scientific.This article focuses on researching the development and utilization of wind energy in Binhai New Area. First, I introduced the economic development, climate and geographical environment of this region, pointed out that the structure of power provision is simple, analyzed background and mandate of this project. Then, I investigated the operate environment of dagang wind power project in binhai from five aspect, national policy, project design, organization and management, environmental impact, and flood control evaluation, summarized the economic and environmental issues this project faced in the construction and operation, proposed the response about strengthening project management.
