As a renewable energy wind power can reduce environmental pollution, adjust the power structure, promote technological progress, achieve the low carbon economy, which has been extensively developed and applicated by many countries. And great efforts to develop wind power has become an important part of China’s energy strategy. As the wind power construction project of WuLanYiLiGeng the example, this paper studys the economic benefits and environmental impacts of wind power construction projects, which has the important theoretical value and practical significance.On the basis of a large number of reading related literature, and the theory of economic benefits evaluation of wind power projects and environmental impact analysis, the auther uses the method combining normative and empirical analysis to study the economic benefits evaluation of wind power projects and environmental impact of the wind power construction project of WuLanYiLiGeng. The article describes the overview of the the Wu Lanyi power wind power projects, and anlysizes the excellent wind resources; then builds the evaluation system and evaluation model of the economic benefit of wind power projects, which has been applicated; and then discusses the relationship between wind power construction and the environment, to analyze the benefits of energy saving and pollution reduction of the project construction, and put forward on the protective measures. Finally, this paper summarizes the previous content, combining with the shortcomings of the research process and methods, and points out the limitations of this study and further research inspiration and direction, provides a reference for the economic benefit evaluation and environmental impact analysis of wind power projects.
