First of all, the background of this risk management reseach are described as follows, low labor cost and rapidly growing car market in.China have attracted many multinational companies invested the manufacturing location in china, at the same time, it is the critical period that many industrial investment gradually transfer the site from developed locations located in coastal to the developing locations located in middle of China. Industrial investment of multinational companies in China is facing many difficulty to identify the risks, based on the poor situation of project management, project management and risk management, the reseach of risk management for industrial investment become very important by the way of a practical case for industrial investment of multinational companies,WRN project is one of typical representatives of a traditional manufacturing industrial investment. Overview of the WuHan WRN project,it describes the background and the purpose of investment, and the location which will be decided, the size of the proposed investment and the expected benefits etc. At the same time,for the reseach of risk management, it is also very important for them. The main methods for the identification of the risks by the way of hierarchical holographic model and AHP.(?) Secondly, many risk factors were listed by the way of the actual site research and brainstorming with relevant personnel in mother company, listening to the views of experts, referring the materials & result of other similar projects. Two-dimensional risk index system was established with the method of HHM, and AHP theory was uased during the identification of risk. The risk identification is a prerequisite for risk management, risk identification must pay attention to comprehensive and accurate. However, the general risk is the potential, not easy to identify, requires the use of science-based risk identification method, we use the hierarchical holographic model (HHM), using the model from the multi-level perspective of identifying project risks, and finally the formation of the project List of risks.(?) Thirdly, after the identification of risks completed, considering it is not the same importance among of all the risks are generalized, which calls for identifying the weight of each risk, we use the method of AHP, we can get the weight of every factors through the comparison matrix and sub-items and execution layer Matrix, calculated by the various risk factors and sub-elements of the total weight between the distribution and to meet the consistency test requirements. So the executives can understand which risk factors could be most influence during the project lifetime, which risk factors are relatively small impact on it.In the end, based on risk weights, we could take the risk response measures proposed under the project's risk characteristics, risk factors, weight distribution and the implementation of the main anti-risk ability, combined with the relevant domain knowledge of author, the experience and the available data, given the corresponding recommendations for the projectThis article can given the reference for the project executives who provide investment, meanwhile, similar projects also have some reference value.
