Risk Identification And Evaluation For Industrial Products Testing Laboratory

The theory of risk management is a comprehensive interdisciplinary subject developed in recent years, because it has strong practicability, and has been widely used in financial services, such as manufacturing, commercial and other industries. This theory as a high-level comprehensive management theory, can be used for analysis and processing all kinds of problems many uncertainties generated and effectively reduce or avoid all kinds of risks in the process of management, effectively improve the quality of management process. With the growth of our society, the current industrial product testing lab has entered a rapid development, at the same time; it has to face different kinds of uncertainty risks. Risk management has gained more attention in the aspect of industrial testing laboratory management. Therefore, discussions on how to apply the risk management theory to avoid its risks, have extremely importance on the development of the whole testing laboratory.Through the basic framework of control system- risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk aversion- and the methods of the job hazard analysis(JHA), safety check list, D = LEC evaluation, event tree analysis and experts’ subjective assessments, we have identified and evaluated the risk points and risk sources for the industrial product testing laboratory, then, through the establishment of risk warning system and risk management system, the measures of risk control and the testing laboratory ’s risk awareness and management level, this paper strive to build the risk prevention and control system, to promoted the development of industrial laboratory quickly and well. This paper takes Hebei quality inspection laboratory as an example, using industrial detection method of risk identification and evaluation of the laboratory to operate, and determine risk factors in the running process of the laboratory, a reliable risk identification and assessment results will be achieved, a comprehensive risk management system of laboratory will be built, which was very important to the development of laboratory.
