With the governmental guidance and regulation, a pallet pool system, jointly led by the pallet producers and the third party logistics enterprises, co-constructed by the logistics stakeholders or invested by government-guided private capitals, refers to a social service network established in major domestic ports, at piers, airports, cargo terminals, large and medium-sized distribution centers in charge of recycling, maintaining, renewing pallet and pallet tenancy so as to accelerate the pallet's circulation among productive enterprises, logistics enterprises and marketing enterprises and promote pallet pooling and mechanization for greater logistics efficiency, shorter delivery time and greatly reduced logistics cost.By conducting literature review and fieldwork, the paper has defined the management mode of pallet pool system and concluded how logistics enterprises can form pallet alliance. Mathematical modeling has been adopted to achieve precise calculation of logistics enterprises'correlation cost, with which enterprises can make further analysis. Taking enterprises, as investors and decision makers, joining in the pallet pool system into consideration, this financial-data based analysis is a quantitative research on the correlation cost of the enterprises, how the logistics enterprises contribute to become shareholders, how they share profit and how they settle accounts if halfway withdrawal of shares happens.
