| In order to reduce high costs and improve efficiency in the development of China’s logistics industry,it is necessary to build a pallet pool system,which gives full play of the function and utility of the pallet.Driven by the construction of the pallet pool system,whose business application is gradually mature,but only provides empty pallet leasing and circulation management services.In the actual operation,customers may focus on the demand of goods tracking and other businesses when the pallets are loaded.In accordance with national policies and analysis of the current status of cargo tracking,this paper proposes to establish an open pallet pool system for cargo tracking and pledge,which is used to realize the tracking of goods with pallets and the chattel pledge business services extended from it.At first,the definition and business functions of the open pallet pool system are analyzed,simultaneously,the technology of EPC system and information acquisition are proposed.Then,in view of the analysis of the current situation of cargo tracking,a cargo tracking service based on pallet circulation is proposed,to analyze the business scheme from two aspects of business model and business process.Moreover,two key technologies of information collection and pallet cargo binding are designed,which can provide direction for the improvement of existing cargo tracking methods.And then,with the analysis of logistics financial business and development trend,the chattel pledge business for transport cargo with pallets is put forward so as to design its business model and process,and establish the risk assessment model of the business based on BP neural network,which provides relevant references to help financial agencies activate business.Finally,the goods tracking and pledge system is designed and modeled.With the comprehensive demand analysis,the function modules,overall architecture and database of such system are designed,and the system UML modeling and prototyping are presented. |
