Study On Scheduling Of Pallet Sharing System In Chang-Zhu-Tan Area

As one of the most important tools for loading and unloading,transporting and transporting in the field of logistics,the tray can shorten the operation time of the logistics effectively and reasonably and save the logistics cost,so that the logistics process is more smooth.In order to solve the problems in practical application,such as the difficulty of pallet recovery,serious waste of resources,roundabout transportation,empty tray transportation,repeated transportation and multiple loading and unloading,etc.Based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the basic problems of building pallet sharing system in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area and the pallet scheduling problem in the system.The specific contents are as follows:1.According to the development characteristics of economic freight transportation in Chang-Zhu-Tan area,several influencing factors are selected,and the total demand of pallet and pallet demand under pallet sharing are analyzed and forecasted by means of regression analysis.Finally,through the comparative analysis,it is proved that there is great economic value in the operation pallet sharing system.2.Based on the analysis of logistics and pallet market in Chang-Zhu-Tan,the paper points out the problems urgently needed to be solved in the development of pallet sharing system in this area,such as:pallet standardization,information platform construction and so on.3.According to the characteristics of logistics development in Chang-Zhu-Tan area and the related social and economic factors,we studied the construction of pallet sharing system,including the determination of pallet circulation mode,the definition of system participants,and the establishment of service network in three aspects.4.A multi-objective linear programming model is established for scheduling scenarios of pallet sharing systems without and without redistribution.First of all,the causes of the empty tray are analyzed,and then the main process and objectives of the scheduling are discussed further;the pallet common system scheduling model is established for the above two cases.Taking the minimum total cost of scheduling and the shortest path as the target,combining the constraints of supply capacity,demand capacity,inventory capacity,transportation capacity and loading and unloading capacity,the model is finally analyzed by programming with yalmip cplex to verify the validity of the model.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems in the operation of the regional promotion pallet sharing system,thus to promote the development of pallet standardization and the improvement of the efficiency of regional logistics.
