The New Energy Development Strategy Of Yetop Energy Group

This report analyzes the situation of new energy market, proposes a new energy development scheme for Yetop Energy Group, and serves as a reference for the preparation of new energy development strategy of the Group. In the firs place, this thesis reviews the general conditions of traditional energy, provides a clear analysis for the components and their respective ratio in the makeup of traditional energy and the difference in consumption in different districts. The development of power supply market at different phases are elaborated and detailed analysis is given to thermal power, the most important form of power supply, disadvantages and weakness of which is listed based on the study of its present development situation.After the review of the conditions for traditional power supply, PEST analysis is performed on the new energy market in this thesis, which presents the following four major aspects, i.e., the policy support rendered to the new energy market, analysis and prospects of the present economic situations, present social environment for the energy field, and technical environment for new energy. The new energy industry in general is developing in a positive way and a promising future is looming in the front. This thesis analyzes the present situation and future development for the four major types of power generation modes in the new energy industry respectively. These include solar power, wind power, nuclear power and hydropower. Based on the analysis, the thesis concludes that hydropower generation shall be the focus in the Group's future development strategy.Following the analysis of the general situation of development of new energy industry and after the comparison of the characteristics and prospects of the four types of power generation modes, the thesis proposes that the new energy development strategy for Yetop Group shall focus on the development of hydropower, wind power, and solar power generation. Detailed measures for the implementation of the strategy is also listed, such as the completion of industry chain to give full play to the advantages of the new energy's upper and lower links in the chain, and acquisition of financial support for the strategic development through the funding raising channel of CDM project and IPO. Finally, the thesis lists the key elements in the implementation of the strategy, and emphasizes the importance in the control of these key elements in the process.
