In China, specialized market is a widely existing commercial conformation. Logistics serves for development of specialized market since the birth of it, and has played a growing role in expanding its regional influence, exerting industrial assemble advantage and developing area characteristic economy. Especially, distribution finished the efficient flow of specialized market products from the market to consumers, so it has a very important position in specialized market function system. However, for specialized market, because of reasons such as the particularity of its operation modes and management modes, and the diversity and complexity of its participating subject, and so on, there is a greatly improved space for its distribution system.Firstly, the concept of specialized market and distribution system subject is defined, and then based on the extensive research on special market's current situation and future trends, the related subjects and operation mode of its joint-distribution system is proposed.Secondly, through conducting a survey about behavior characteristics of distribution subjects in specialized market-distribution suppliers, distribution demanders and distribution auxiliary, the subjective and objective factors that subjects make their decision whether to accept joint-distribution or not are analyzed, involving cost, benefit, safety and self-fulfillment.Thirdly, by analyzing the changes about cost, revenue, security, self-fulfillment and other aspects of subjects before and after carrying out joint distribution, cost-benefit game model of each subject is established. Then, the balance solutions for expected benefits of businesses, distribution vehicle drivers and specialized market managers under cooperative and non-cooperative decision-making situation are obtained. On this basis, the comprehensive benefit coordination strategy is proposed, which gives a more reasonable and effective incentive mechanism design method for distribution system's subjects.Fourthly, under asymmetrical information, principal-agent model between businesses and distribution vehicle drivers is established. Through analyzing distribution vehicle drivers' effort level and distribution coefficient, and businesses'expected effectiveness under different risk portfolio, draw the conclusion that businesses should change their risk preference type with vehicle drivers' risk preference and motivate the distribution vehicle drivers according to different risk portfolio in the principal-agent process, in order to maximize its effectiveness.Finally, on assumption that the cost information of joint distribution system is symmetric and the freight and cost of distribution are function of distances only, by introducing the concept of equivalent mileage savings, coordination mechanism based on contribution rate is established, which can be used to realize effective inside motivation to each member of subjects-businesses and vehicle drivers of joint-distribution system.This paper is making research on coordination problems between distribution subjects mainly based on specialized markets' present situation and development trend, and behavior characteristics of distribution subjects, so the method put forward to optimize specialized market's distribution system is more targeted.
