Based On The Regional Division Theory, The Research Of Industrial Clusters' Development, Using The Case Of Cheng Yu Economic Zones

In today's global economy, China is known as the "world factory". In this factory, traditional industrial products and high-tech products produced account for a large proportion in the world market. Most of these products come from cluster organization of production. Therefore, much theoretical, industry people and government begin to give attention to cluster. Now, domestic and international research on industrial clusters into the boom, but research on industrial cluster's formation and evolution from the point of division system is still relatively scarce.The paper use the view of the region division theory, researching the evolution and development of the region division theory, discussing the formation, evolution, development and existing problems of regional division, such as "not division areas" and "comparative advantage trap", and then expounds on the division of limitations. In order to get rid of the limitations, industrial cluster concept is coming into my paper. Through analyzing research industrial cluster theory and taking YangXiaoKai's theory of division, using his mathematical model to discuss the forming mechanisms of industrial clusters. The paper based on the division view of industrial cluster theory, gets chengyu economic zone as an example, try to analysis the area of industrial clusters, especially the manufacturing clusters of Chengyu economic zone, use the relevant statistical yearbook data of 2010, compared with the outside zone, discussed the local 39 industry zones, and then analysis chengyu economic zone's advantage and disadvantage of industrial cluster, and finally puts forward some ideas and policy suggestions.Further expounds the industrial cluster and division relationship and interaction, that is: industrial cluster is the advanced stage of division, is a inevitable result when division developed to a certain stage, and on the other hand, Cluster's development can do help division's further deepening and evolution:First, the formation and development of industrial clusters are from the division of labor and transaction costs of economic contradictions. Second, deepening the division of labor is the formation and development of industrial clusters to promote the fundamental economic motivation.
