JingAn County Rural Residential Spatial Distribution And Suitability Research

The current process of urbanization, it is more and more prominent that increased demand for construction land and farmland need to protect contradictions. It is unreasonable rural residential use and spatial layout. Meanwhile, it is of great practical significance that the new rural development and rural-urban integration process, the spatial distribution of rural settlements optimization, economical and intensive utilization of land resources, to alleviate land conflicts and narrow the urban-rural gap and build a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, this article make the example of Jing'an County in Jiangxi Province by focusing on the spatial distribution characteristics of rural settlements and land suitability evaluation. It made the following main results:(1)the use of statistical methods, it check the literature to Tong fang database as a platform for years 1978-2010 with the keyword "rural residential" whose the goal of closing the literature claims. The literature found that rural residential of Significant is increased from 2007and document from the amount of space is on the eastern region than the western region.(2)the method based on landscape ecology, with Jing'an County land use map, elevation map and the landscape elements of index, it analyse rural residential area of the layout of the landscape features in Jing'an County from the overall characteristics, topographic features and characteristics of economic development.It is research that the layout of rural settlements in Jing'an County showed scattered distribution.In terms of terrain, with the terrain from the northern mountainous area of southeastern hilly region forward, and gradually become smaller rural residential scale, the aggregation degree of variation, the degree of fragmentation and increased separation . Per capita income of farmers in rural residential properties of patch size and layout of the overall impact to some extent.(3)It analyzes the driving force of rural residential in Jing'an County by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Within quantitative analysis, it chooses built-up area for years as the dependent variable and the main component value of population, economic and society value, people's life and agricultural production as the independent variable to make a stepwise regression analysis and obtain the expression. With the qualitative analysis, others can know that urban land extension of Jing'an County that is mainly related to some factors, such as social behavior, economy, population, transportation and policy. (4)With the help of GIS, it makes suitable evaluation to rural residential land of Jing'an County's built-up area by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method which shows that the suitable construction land is distributed mainly in the north and Central Valley regions.
