Past two years, depleting oil resources, exacerbated by political and natural disasters, the oil crisis has emerged. At the same time, large-scale use of fossil fuels on the natural environment caused great harm, the problem has aroused the universal concern of the international community. To address energy conservation issues, people in improving the combustion efficiency to reduce resource consumption and achieve cleaner burning coal to reduce pollution and the development of new materials, new technology, to maximize energy efficiency at the same time, began to aggressively develop renewable energy sources. In view of wind power has the advantage of the resource itself, our wind energy resource base and the need for wind power development, prospects of wind power, the next period of time, wind power development will be sustained and rapid development. At present, due to limited data access and other reasons, wind power projects on the economic evaluation study is relatively small, the economic evaluation of the project, there are also some problems. Inner Mongolia Energy Hangjin Yihewusu because of its special geographical environment, contains a wealth of wind energy resources, is the ideal place for wind power development. To take full advantage of wind resources in Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia, to improve the energy structure of the uniform, to protect the environment, reduce pollution, conserve limited resources of coal and water resources, the proposed energy in Inner Mongolia Hangjin Yihewusu Phase II 49.5MW Wind Farm Project. The construction of wind farm project will not only improve power supply stability in the region, but also brought economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, this article on the Inner Energy Hangjin Yihewusu Phase II 49.5MW Wind Farm Project Construction of the economic and environmental impact analysis.
