Supplier Quality Management. MC Mode And Applied Research

There is a large number of materials suppliers in electronic manufacturers, and the quality of products purchased has a direct impact on the the quality of the final product of an enterprise. In order to improve the quality of supplier's products and supply effectively and improve the competitiveness of enterprise ultimately, it is very important and urgent to establish a set of comprehensive supplier quality management system, considering that supplier quality management plays an important role in enterprise's management.Based on supply chain quality management and supplier theories and methods, this paper illustrates the status and system processes of the supplier quality management in MC company, analyzes and summarizes the main issues in the supplier quality management of the company, referring to the supplier management experience of the benchmarking. It proposes improvement measures from supplier performance management and the establishment of supplier quality management information system. First, this paper creatively takes the importance of purchasing materials and the supplier's influence to the company into classification of supplier relationship, and builds a quantitative assessment of the classification model of supplier relationship, meanwhile supplier management strategies being developed. Second, applying the materials subdivision to the supplier classification, it rebuilds the supplier performance evaluation system in accordance with the characteristics of materials. Then, based on classification of supplier relationship and supplier performance ratings, establishes the supplier performance partition model for performance management improvement. It verifies the practicality and effectiveness in improvement with the actual cases. Finally, the paper introduces the supplier quality management information system of MC company, discussing the promotion to the company's supplier quality management.This article provides practical and valuable reference for other companies in constructing the supplier quality management system.
