Supplier Quality Management Status And Improvement Actions Study For RSM

Supply Chain Management(SCM) and Supplier Management and TotalQuality Management has been become a new and hot issue in the research ofenterprise management today. Keeping long-term and win-win relationship withsuppliers, information share with suppliers play an important role which canimprove core competitive to enterprise especially for solar industry in a slowingdevelopment period now. The first phase of supply chain is supplier qualitymanagement. Good or bad performance of supplier has a deep impact on the costand value of whole chain. How to manage well and manage of supplier qualitycould be achieved via different ways eg. pre-audit, selection, assessment,motivation, and quality control etc. systematic approaches.After discussing and studying the theory of supply chain, total qualitymanagement, supplier management and supplier relationship management, we takeRSM as an example to analysis the current status of supplier quality management,find out existing problem, deeply discussion for pre-audit, pre-assessment,performance assessment, category and dynamic management as the characters ofsolar and chemical industry and actual implementation of company reference, setup a system scenario including theory, practice, continual improvement to preventaccident in future. It is a very important to reduce production cost; improve theefficiency of management in operation, strength the competitive of company.
