Research On Construction Of Hefei Technological Innovation Service Platform

With continuous development of world economy, many developed countries have realized the importance of constructing dedicated platforms for serving scientific innovation. More and more attentions are paid on fostering the capability of scientific innovation, which is considered to contribute greatly to the scientific development and social economic advances of cities.Since the first National Conference on Science and Technology in 2006, bunches of cities place the mission of developing innovative cities at first place and devise blue print. They promote the capability of independent innovation through giving more investment to scientific innovations, cultivating scientific atmosphere, constructing public service platform for scientific innovation and innovative service systems. The theory of innovative system emphasizes that innovation institutions and organizations are allies of government, enterprises, colleges and intermediate organizations. One of its main goals is to build effective scientific innovation platform. How to give full play to scientific innovation platforms and construct scientific operation mechanism is critical at present. Therefore, a reasonable inspection of the status of scientific innovation service platform from the point of city innovation is of great practical significance.This thesis mainly deals with the analysis of the status and problems of scientific innovation platform construction basing on Anhui province. it shows that the platform injects tremendous impetus to the economy. The thesis is organized as follows:Firstly analyze achievements and difficulties of Anhui province, including Hefei-Wuhu-Bongbu pilot area for innovative reformations, search for new paths for development, accelerate the process of developing innovative enterprise; secondly, analyze the importance of scientific platform, including the relationship between innovation platforms and innovations, hatcher for start-up companies; thirdly, introduce the components of innovation platforms and specific situation of Hefei city, share resources through internet network, and realize transformation to industry, providing agile and efficient information space for enterprises; lastly, discuss Hefei scientific platform construction and its effects on Anhui province towards further development.
