Research On The Cultivation Of JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration

As the world economic and social development, the development of urbanization and industrial have reached a certain level, the development of urban agglomeration will be the main line for urban economic. In developed countries, the proportion of urban agglomeration economies have reached a higher level, so developed countries have five urban agglomerations in the world. And the sixth largest city is China's Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, shows that the direction of urban agglomeration is also become our country'headway.Due to economic backwardness, central and western regions have a greater gap compared to the eastern region on the degree of urbanization, and the development of single city is also relatively slow. So central and western regions need to explore from the perspective of urban agglomeration, achieving rapid development. Anhui Province in the central region has good geographical advantage. And in recognition of the importance of urban agglomeration, Anhui Province form three urban agglomeration in the southern Anhui, northern Anhui and Central Anhui, called WanJiang Urbanized Areas, the Northern urban agglomeration and Hefei Economic Zone. But this pattern of urban agglomeration shows the status of distributed and can't form strong force to influence and driving ability on the province's capacity. Therefore, through the integration of the three Urban Agglomerations to build JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration which will contribute to the economic development of Anhui Province Cities by promoting strong radiation and driving ability, and played an important role in economic development of Anhui Province.My research idea is to use regional economic analysis and statistical analysis, and to research the development and the theory of urban agglomeration at home and abroad. Though expounding the pattern of Anhui Province's urban agglomeration, I will proposed the necessity and importance of building JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration. JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration is currently in construction stage, but its construction will link to economic development in Anhui Province, Rise of the Central Region and development of priority zones. From the perspective of the cultivation of Urban Agglomeration, describing the cultivation of JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration to illustrate fully that it already has potential as a key development in Anhui Province. Finally, discussing problems and proposing some solutions to the cultivation of JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration.This article focuses on the cultivation of JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration, though the cultivation of Core,Cluster,Network to analysis of the situation JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration's cultivation. Urban Agglomeration's Core mean the cultivation of key city. Urban Agglomeration's Cluster is the combined effect of Urban Agglomeration in the industry and the economic ties. Urban Agglomeration's Network is building traffic and information network to guarantee the economic development of Urban Agglomeration. These three aspects as a basic element for the city group plays an important role to the cultivation of Urban Agglomeration, and the cultivation of these elements will generate Urban Agglomeration's power,which mean Urban Agglomeration will have a certain influence, and generate strong radiation to driving the development of regional economic. JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration is still in the preliminary stages of construction, how to further cultivate it from these three aspects is Useful exploration. For now, JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration has mainly questions in the administrative division, the core city driving inadequate, irrational industrial structure and low level of opening up several issues. Through researching these questions will promote the cultivation and development of JiangHuai Urban Agglomeration, providing greater power to develop Anhui's economic, and realizing the strategy of Rise of the Central Region.
