In today's era of market competition, human resources has become the powerful weapons which can lasts competitive advantage and maintain the sustainable development. There is a closely relations between staff growth and enterprise growth, employees in customer awareness and enhance the professional skills can help the enterprise effectively rapidly from the intense market competition blooming, so it is very important to provide the growth environment, build growth platform, manage the staff development process.The Paper includes five parts, the first chapter pointed out the significance and the research goal, carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign staffs grow management theory and also indicated the innovation and shortages in this thesis; On the basis, the author introduced the concept of human capital, staff drove and Staff professional profession plan, showed the connotation of staff growth, pointed out the relations with the enterprise growth; in the third part, author took the Supor Electrical as a template, pointed out the problems of the staff performance appraisal, Salary drive, Matches the staff to grow the demand, rewards and punishment present situation and training management. The key point of this study is how to design the staff growth management system by the actual situation; the author thought there is five parts of the growth management system, firstly is occupation plan design, which can help match the staff growth's demand; secondly is building training system, which can help staff growth directly; thirdly is driving the growth behavior, which can guide the direction of the staff to growth; fourthly is constructing the promotion system, which can pay attention to the staff to grow; lastly is using the growth appraisal mechanism appraising the staff growth. There is also showed the questions which must pay attention to in the management process.This article discussed how to carry on the staff in the enterprise interior, the author hope can provided the theory instruction for Supor Electrical's staff growth management, on the other hand provided the information and reference for other enterprises.
