Study On The Staff Of Changlong Textile Co., Ltd

In competion of modern enterprise, human resources have become the most important resources. The company's staff incentive system which could stimulate the maximum potential of human resources is the key to enterprise to win the competitive advantage and sustainable development. While the current reality is that small and medium-sized textile enterprises' human resources in China is very unstable, which affect the stability of the company and make its operating results volative. Enterprise's production and development are challenged. Throughout our various businesses, almost all failed businesses failed because of their incentive mechanism. Therefore, how to motivate and mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees is a basic and eternal issues of business management.In this paper, we first introduced the existing theories and methods of motivation, described the employees' structure and characteristics of Changlong Textile Co.,Ltd.,by surbeying the job satisfaction and motivation demand characteristics of its new generation employees and combining with its current motivation status of new generation employees, in-depth analysised the problems of new generation employees' incentive of Changlong Textile Co.,Ltd.. In response to these problems, we proposed incentive principles and mechanism for the company's new generation employees, and proposed new obstacles which the new mechanism may encounter in practice, and we evaluated this incentive mechanism. Through establish a new, more rational and efficient incentive mechanism, Changlong Textile Co.,Ltd. Can attract more talent, inspire enthusiasm and potential of employees greatly, and can retain talent, thereby enhancing the company's overall competitiveness.
