With the deepening of economic globalization, the field also brought in quality management standard globalization. After World Warâ…¡, the rapid development of the world's industrialization process, combined with its practice in various countries have put forward their own methods and requirements for quality management, such as Japan's total quality management (TQM), the U.S. general quality standards (GQS) and so on. The last decade, Six Sigma quality management and lean production management concept has been developing rapidly. Juran 90 in the 20th century once said that the twentieth century is the century of productivity, the quality of the twenty-first century is the century. The quality of the theme is given more and more attention. This requires that enterprises must strengthen our sense of quality management and quality management philosophy, to adjust the quality strategy, quality policy, quality objectives, quality management, improve and improve the quality management system, create excellent corporate quality culture.The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of quality management to identify six Jiangnan Machinery Group branch in quality management problems and loopholes based on the status of quality culture of Group of six in the south branch of the machine, through the six southern branch of the Machinery Group; And the combination of lean management thinking and quality management theory and practical experience, in the light of today's world of advanced quality management methods, Jiangnan Machinery Group of the quality of six plants were in a stage of cultural development. Paper discussed the following four levels of Jiangnan Machinery Group Lean Six factory building quality culture:one material aspect of the building, that brand, working conditions and working facilities of the building; Second, the behavioral dimensions of the building, including lean management principles in accordance with quality management activities undertaken to carry out publicity and education activities in lean mass culture and the importance of leadership in the act; Third, the construction of the system level, including the establishment of the quality of the leadership system, the establishment of the production site quality management organizations and evaluation system, implement the 5S principles of work safety and quality system implementation, establishment of quality evaluation and reward system and process-oriented management; Fourth, moral building, emphasis on user focus, people-oriented and full participation. Finally, the paper proposed Jiangnan Machinery Group Quality Culture of Lean Six plant protection measures, these measures include an incentive function, creating an atmosphere full participation, leadership and cultural quality of monitoring the implementation of lean, sound organizational structure, the use of management innovation to implement lean mass culture, mass culture for the progress of lean planning and financial security.
