On The Development Countermeasures Of Modern Goods Flowing Park With The Case Of Building China South-Western Goods Flowing Park

Modern logistics industry, the foundation and window industry of a city, reflects the city's economic development and social prosperity. In recent years, with the improvement of the economic, location and other conditions, some local governments have been proposed to build logistics industry pillar industry. The scale of modern logistics industry is growing, and window effects become more prominent. We see that the voice of developing modern logistics industry is increasing and more efforts have been devoted from abroad to home, nation to local government and theory to practice. Logistics park construction has also been placed on the agenda of development of different party committee and governments. Under this background and trend, the further study of modern logistics park construction has more important practical significance. This thesis is to make a sparrow-style analysis and study about developing modern logistics park of the country by using "total-sub-total" analysis structure and "theory-practice-theory" think way. First, starting from theory point, focusing on the concept, the theoretical definition and development history and model of logistics park development, it is ensured that we have a total understanding of modern commercial logistics, and strengthen its theoretical appeal. Then, the thesis describes the practice and achievements of Huaihua Hunan during the process of promoting modern logistics industry development. This section has also summed up some experiences of practice, highlighted the necessity and feasibility, general idea and development goals, policies measures and security system, and emphasized the main points and key parts of developing China southwest commercial logistics park. Finally, it makes an outlook and puts forward suggestion and countermeasures about the country's logistics park developing trend combining with Huaihua's specific practice and domestic and world situation.The thesis is to provide some rational thinking and policy recommendations to promote healthy development of trade and logistics industry, and to build logistics parks with Chinese characteristics, which based on the practice of building regional modern logistics park of Huaihua, and referenced the success experiences of logistics park developing home and abroad.
