Thanks to the strong economic performance, China has become the center of Asia andWorld hotel industry. During the12th Five Year Plan period, the positive, optimisticmacroeconomic background and the energetic support from local governments have attractedmany well-known international hotels come after another, intensifying hotel industry’scompetition. The competition in the hotel industry reflected in the competition for humanresourse and Talented Quality, in a word it’s the competition of human capital.The high rate of key employees flowing out have already affected the hotel seriously,result in employee’s technique and empirical run off, even the business secret reveal, makingthe cabaret competition ability lower, customer and employee’s loyalties descend, thusobstructing further development of the hotel industry. Therefore how to accelerate the orderlyflowage of staff, how to avoid the drain of talented persons, and how to keep the valuablestaff so as to realize the optimum collocation of manpower capital and to obtain the maximumefficiency become the keys to competition superiority and continual development.BTE Hotel is a five-star hotel in Guangzhou, which is facing the problem of the frequentpersonnel flowing. The instability of the staff team affects the normal operation as well aspersonnel cost, even the persistent development of the hotel.Based on the persent personnel state of BTE Hotel, science of management, theories ofdevelopment of Human resources, the thesis chooses the present human resource policies andstaff satisfaction as an research object, analyses the problems with the development andmanagement of the human resource in BTE Hotel, reasons of the personnel flowing and thebad effects on the enterprises, proposes the measures to solve the crisis by setting up theprotection mechanism and the rules to be followed. Proposed retaining key employees,such asthe reform of the pay system and implement training plan recruitment and retaining keyemployees,hotel employees,build hotels to match corporate culture key employees databasesolution countermeasure of brain drain crisis.The advanced management solutions for usingthe talented is adoptable for other labor-intensive and Service oriented enterprise in solvingsuch problems.
