Chinese securities market has finished the course of development with twenty more years which the mature markets in developed countries used for a century. The great glorious of the stock market led to the securities companies have mushroomed rapidly. This rapid development not only caused the asset size and the market share’expansion, but also led to the securities brokers grow so fast. However, the rapid pace of development is not entirely a good thing, a problem is that the management can not accompany with the explosive growth of the securities brokers. Attributed to which led to the frequently and disorderly flowing problems of securities brokers has been increasingly becoming a bottleneck restricting one to the securities companies’ development.Therefore, this article attempts to from quantitative analysis perspective to establish the securities brokers dynamic stability model, through accurately calculating to obtain the optimal data when the brokers be able to reach a dynamic steady state. And in the same time use the optimal data to contrast with the current data, in order to propose the countermeasures and suggestions of the securities brokers’flowing management. Meanwhile provide a basis to the managers to solve the securities brokers flowing managing problems. It is very important to our securities brokers stable and healthy development, because it is not just only enrich and improve the management theory of the securities brokers, giving a new point of view to the in-depth study later, but also use the data which is calculated by the model can be used directly by the managers. And according to all of these can obtain the appropriate management measures, objectively to provide a quantitative methods to solve the frequently and disorderly flowing problems to our securities brokers.This article start as the problems that Chinese’securities brokers flow so frequently and disorderly nowadays, and combining with a number of securities business hall which the author has conducted field research and collected extensive using data. By using the robust-control thought and the dynamic management methods which is come from the modem control theory into the Chinese’securities brokers’management, then classified the them into three categories just as commission agents, specialty brokers and trading floor brokers, setting the recruitment rate and turnover rate as tow state variables. And with the same time establishing a flowing management model which based on the dynamic stability of our securities brokers. Through the application and calculation to the model obtained the optimal recruitment data and departure data for these three brokers respectively, then according to the optimal data, offering some countermeasures and suggestions to the management of our securities brokers. Finally, by using the data, we validating the effectiveness of the dynamic stability model, and get the conclusion that whether the three types of brokers achieving dynamic stability then giving the corresponding control strategies as well.Performance of the innovation of this paper are as follows:(1) In this paper the author using the robust-control thought and dynamic stability model which derived from the modern control theory to study the flowing management problems of Chinese securities brokers, establishing the dynamic stability model of brokers’flowing, and to provide a new perspective for the further study of the securities brokers management theory.(2) The article based on the dynamic stability model of Chinese securities brokers flowing, through researching and analyzing the data of the brokers’ situation, to explore out a new method to manage the frequently and disorderly flowing problems of our securities brokers.
