Urban Relocation In The Interests Of The Game And The Interests Of Integration

With the development of urbanization and urban construction, urban updating and house demolition has gradually become the current social and public issue.The research considers this problem and the solution from the practice of urban updating and house demolition, based on the stakeholder theory and the game theory.The discussion in the dissertation falls into five major parts. PartⅠgives us the economic and social background, points out the main problems of the urban updating and house demolition in China, examines in more detail the experience of the urban updating and house demolition in Chuansha province. PartⅡoffers an overview of the relevant theories, such as game theory, interest theory and stakeholder theory. And then, based on these experiences, the third part defines and identifies the main benefit agents (local government, developer and transmigrant), and analyses the benefit relations and the essential of benefit conflicts between different agents. The fourth part figures out the agents' action choices and their action logic under circumstances of benefit conflict in the process of the urban updating and house demolition. Finally, PartⅤoffers some suggestions for the Government of China, based on some conceptual models of interaction between benefit agents in allusion to various conflicts in demolition and relocation.
