Research On Industrial Transfer Efficiency Based On Undesirable Output In The Yangtze River Delta City Group

In the context of deep industrial division in the international and domestic areas, On the one hand,the Yandtze River Delta actively undertake international industrial transfer, on the other hand, in thecondition of the change of resource supply and demand constraints, there is industrial transfer fromdeveloped cities to underdeveloped cities, which is speeding up the new industrialization andurbanization in our country and promoting to coordinate regional development in the city group. Soindustrial transfer has become an important way to adjust industrial structure, achieve technologicalprogress and promote industrial upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta. However, in addition topositive effects, industrial transfer has also brought some of the inevitable undesirable output, such asenvironmental pollution, regional conflict, and industrial structure similarity and so on. Howundesirable outputs lead to the lower industrial transfer efficiency? How social resources will beallocated when undesirable outputs existed? Based on the theory of industrial economics, this papermakes undesirable output as the core, select the Yangtze River Delta city groups as positive researchobject. Through the relevant theories, methods, and empirical results, it attempts to give somesuggestions to avoid undesirable outputs.⑴Review the relevant theory about industrial transfer and its effects based on literature reseach,the paper propose the research themes and analytical framework according of the lackness on theundesirable effects in the previous literature. And give theoretical analysis of industry undertakingforce score and industrial transfer gravity after review the history of industrial transfer in the YangtzeRiver Delta. At last, it describes the current industrial tranfer models by the Shift&Share Analysismethod.⑵Summary the undesirable output caused by industrial tranfer. It contains environmentalpollution, regional conflict and industrial structure similarity. The paper find out industrial tranfer andenvironmental pollution, industrial tranfer and regional conflict, industrial tranfer and industrialstructure similarity are existing at the same time. It can reduce the undesirable output on the premiseof in-depth analysis of its complex mechanism and uncertain logics, then improve the industrialtransfer efficiency.⑶Analyze the industrial transfer efficiency based on input and output process. Using SBMmodel, the paper analyze the industrial transfer efficiency considering the undesirable output. Themain conclusion is: given the undesirable output, the efficiency is lower, but it is more true andaccurate reflection of reality. For this situation, it put forward some suggestions to promote extensiveindustrial transfer and to improve the transfer efficiency.
