The Effect And Mode Selection Of Manufacturing Transfer In Yangtze River Delta

Industrial transfer is an important way of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading.Industry in the specific region of the concentration and transfer is a rule to follow.The Yangtze River Delta city group has always been the main base of Chinese manufacturing industry.Reforming and opening up to now,manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta gradually move towards maturity,but there is still the situation of uneven regional development.With the increasing of labor costs in Shanghai and Zhejiang,as well as the improvement of the infrastructure in Jiangsu and Anhui,the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta has gradually shifted to Anhui and Jiangsu.This paper will analyze the effect of industry transfer in less developed areas, and discuss the mode selection of the industry transfer.It is to provide effective reference for the industry transfer in the developed regions and less developed regions.On the basis of relevant review,this paper firstly studies present situation of manufacturing transfer in the Yangtze River Delta.Secondly,construct an evaluation system of industrial transfer effect,taking Zhejiang and Anhui as an example to study the specific effects of the manufacturing industry transfer in these two regions.Finally,study on the mode selection of industry transfer in transfer land and underdeveloped areas.The results show that the regional industrial transfer behavior not only reduces the production cost,but also develops the economic of the land.It is also beneficial to complete the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure and constructing the win-win relationship between enterprises and government.Therefore,the common goal of all parties is to realize the regional industrial transfer,reducing costs,increasing revenue,achieving win-win cooperation.The regional government should play their respective location and comparative advantages, to form a reasonable division of labor,orderly undertaking,dislocation development industry new pattern.
